Free shipping is available to all customers in the continental United States with orders totaling $150.00 or more of items from the BRG Brands, such as Chase, Elevn, Insight, Excess, and select other brands such as ODI, KMC, IKON, EVS, G-Form, and Tioga. All Bikes and other brands will carry a shipping charge, as listed. We currently do not offer Overnight or 2 Day shipping options.
Other brands such as FLY racing, BOX, Answer, Tangent, ONYX, Rennen, ect will carry a separate shipping fee, as they will be shipped from a different location other than our California warehouse, but will meet the same pricing plan as below, with free shipping within the USA for over $150 of these separate brands. If you order items from these brands and you are located within the USA, you will receive multiple shipments, as these items will ship direct to you from them, as listed on the web store. You will be send multiple tracking numbers for orders as well. Custom orders once placed, can not be canceled or refunded. We do not guarantee the shipping times listed by the carriers. Orders can not be canceled due to shipping delays caused by carriers.
Packages shipped by this method are shipped by either the United States Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS. You may receive multiple boxes shipped to you, depending on the different brands orders. Shipping is calculated by amount of purchase in your basket. We do not offer overnight shipping. Most orders are processed within 48 - 72hrs (When ordered Monday-Thursday) after order is placed. We are located in California and office hours are 9am-5pm M-F. Any order processed after 12pm Pacific time will usually be shipped out the following business day.
International orders will take longer, if you order from Non BRG Brands, as items are first sent to out office in California from the different brands warehouse locations,. This can add up to 7-10 days with regular items and up to 2-3 weeks with custom orders, such as ONYX and Rennen. Custom orders once placed, can not be canceled or refunded.

We are linked in real-time with the shippier to provide accurate and up-to-the-minute pricing and delivery estimates. BMX RACING GROUP STORE is not able to guarantee that the couriers will not occasionally make mistakes in their estimates, whether it be due to whether or some other unforeseeable circumstances. It is entirely possible that your package can arrive later than listed, though it is more likely that your package will arrive on time in most cases. If you do have an issue related to a late delivery, we'll make every effort to assist you in tracking the packaging and updating the delivery estimate, but we usually have the same tracking info as you will be provided. We will not responsible to refund your shipping fees if a package arrives later than estimated. We use different forms of shipping, USPS, UPS, FED EX, and will provide he tracking info after shipment.

The day following the shipment is considered the first day in transit. Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
All applicable customs, duties, and taxes are NOT included in the price of shipping. These amounts are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and due on receipt of merchandise.
If a package is refused, customs has the right to destroy the package or return it to sender. If a package is destroyed for non-payment, purchaser will NOT be entitled to a refund. If a package is returned to us, a refund will be processed less the cost of shipping to and from your location.

BRG Store wants to make sure you are stoked with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are able to return items, if they meet the conditions listed below. Items must be n their original, sealed packaging in NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, and UNINSTALLED condition within 5 days of the receipt of your purchase for refund for the price of that item. For returns after 5 days of receipt by customer, a 10% restocking fee will apply. There are NO returns of any items, 15 days after receipt of the item.
Our store policy does not allow returns or exchanges for any on sale, discounted of any type (store discount offer, coupon, store credit), close out, or clearance items. Additionally there are no returns on apparel such as Uniforms, Pants, Jerseys, helmets, shoes, gloves, safety pads, as well as items such as spokes, complete bikes, custom wheel sets, custom bikes or any special orders. Special orders are items such as Rennen and ONYX or any items that are drop shipped to you from a warehouse other than BRG in Torrance, CA.
If your return item meets the above criteria and you wish to return the item, please log into your account and request the return through your MY ACCOUNT page. You must have an account to make a return to BRG store, no exceptions. Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer. BMX RACING GROUP retains the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion once received. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the items back at BRG in most cases. The refund will be issued back to your form of payment. Minus any restock or free shipping fee’s.
If you received free shipping with your original order, you will receive a refund for your returned item, minus the cost of original shipping cost that BRG paid when the order was shipped to you by the shipping company used to deliver your items. There are no returns at all on International orders.
Note:
SALE items are not eligible for a refund/Exchange/Credit and all sales of the reduced price goods ARE FINAL.
Once checked out there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on sale items.
All apparel, including but not limited to Helmets, Jerseys, Pants, Gloves, Hats, T-Shirts, are a final sale.
All Drop Ship items are subject to a 15% restock fee - These items include BOX, FLY, 100%, AlpineStR, ANSWER, RIFT, TANGENT, and others.
Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner. If there are any issues with a supplied address, we will email you to confirm the supplied information.
All Drop Ship items can take 2-3 business days longer to process when ordered, so please note this. We do not offer expedited shipping on Drop Ship items.
If you receive and items that were damaged during shipping to you, please contact the shipper of the item - USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, ect, as this will need to be a claim that you put in with them. BRG is not responsible for damaged good or lost items, this is handled by the shipping company.
BMX RACING GROUP STORE works hard to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. If an error was made in the fulfillment process, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product so that we can make the necessary corrections. Shipping of replacement items and return shipping will be handled by BMX RACING GROUP STORE.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your return and credited in the original payment form, less the cost of shipping. Due to circumstances beyond our control, once processed, refunds can take up to 72 business hours to be visible in the customer account.
Warranty replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer. BRGstore.com can’t process or approve a warranty directly for brands other than BRG’s own (Chase, Elevn, Position One, Insight, IKON, Excess). Any warranty with another bran would be needed to do direct by the customer through that company. Warranty policies vary by manufacturers and usually will only cover defects in manufacturing of the part. They do not include normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper care. The manufacture will instruct you on how to process any claim and we are not responsible for these items or their policies.
Complete bike Warranties are only valid if your bike was built by a authorized dealer and only cover MFG defects. Bike parts failures on complete bikes due to lack of maintenance are not covered. Bikes need to be 100% gone through when they are received and all bolts need to be checked. Bikes also need to be checked after a 2 week break in period as well as each additional week after riding. Pedal washers must be used or void crank warranty.
All bikes must be originally assembled by an authorized dealer from original date of purchase to comply with Warranty program.
Complete Bikes Frame have a 1 Year MFG Warranty for defects. Parts have a 6 month MFG Warranty for defects. Strpped bolts, loose bolts causing improper tolerances, and items damaged due to improper riding and crashing are not covered and void any warranty.
If there is a true manufacturer’s defect, please refer to our Contact Us page and we will start the warranty process for you. Please make sure to include your full name, best contact number, BRGstore.com order number, photos of defective product, and description of the defect (if not clearly visible). We view this claims M-F 9am-5pm Pacific time.
